The bed lacked comfort. also, the duvet did not fit the bed as it should. i found this quite bothersome during the night. the shower lacked power. Water trickled out.

The staff were very personable. I found them helpful and accommodating. I considered the value for money very good . The location suited my needs quite well. I was close to where I needed to be. I thought the breakfast was nice and I enjoyed that the location was close to University Hospital.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the duvet did not fit the bed correctly. I found the bedding inadequate.

i noticed the room was really dated and a disappointment. the mattress needs replacement. we were facing a noisy mc donald's open 24 hours.
